A professional Twenty20 cricket competition in Pakistan is known as the Pakistan Super League (PSL). The Pakistan Cricket Board launched the league in 2015 and oversees its operations (PCB). The league consists of six teams representing the cities of Islamabad, Lahore, Karachi, Peshawar, Quetta and Multan.


The eighth edition of the PSL is set to be played in February and March of 2023. The tournament will feature 34 matches in total, with each team playing 10 matches in the group stage. The top four teams will then advance to the playoffs, with the final being played on March 20th.
